The 3 star Aparthotel Alcudia Pins has a prime beach front position in the popular resort of Playa de Muro on the north coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 60km north of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1987 and fully refurbished during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Aparthotel Alcudia Pins has a total of 590 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between a number of 4 storey buildings, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the magnificent Bay of Alcudia.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with microwave oven and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

In addition to the above features, 8 apartments at the Aparthotel Alcudia Pins have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a choice of air conditioned buffet style restaurants and snack bars, offering traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, a supermarket with bakery and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, along with a further smaller children's splash pool with water slide, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground with inflatable castles, along with a hard surface tennis court, basketball court and football pitch.

The Aparthotel Alcudia Pins also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
