The accommodation is approximately 65km north east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 7km to the south of the lively resort of Cala Ratjada where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Recently refurbished, the modern low rise Universal Apartments Laguna Garden complex is a small development of 24 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors overlooking a small central pool area.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with an "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven and kitchen utensils, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, direct dial telephone, complimentary high speed WiFi internet access, a satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels and change of bed linen once a week.
