Part of the Magic Group of hotels, the 2 key Don Juan Apartments are situated on the northern shore of the Lago Esperanza, in the popular resort of Alcudia on the north coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km north of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 800 metres from the centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and nightlife.

Built in 1984 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern low rise Don Juan complex is a small development of 15 one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors overlooking the Lago Esperanza.

All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with two additional sofa-beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a terrace or balcony, many of which have exterior views over the lake. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guests staying at the Don Juan Apartments are welcome to use the facilities at the nearby Hotel El Lago, which includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground, a mini-golf course and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel El Lago also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
