The 3 key Ferrera Beach Apartments are situated around 50 metres from the beach in the quiet Cala Ferrera district of the popular resort of Cala d'or on the southern east coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 1.2km from the Cala d'or marina and pedestrianised centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1989 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2015, the modern low rise Ferrera Beach complex has a total of 72 one bedroom self catering apartments and Suites, which are distributed between 4 four storey buildings, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle and kitchenware, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a satellite television with international channels, a safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, Suites at the Ferrera Beach Apartments are situated in an “Adults Only” area, and have direct access to the new Adult Spa pool. All guest rooms on the complex are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once each week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals with WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate smaller children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols which also feature a Jacuzzi and waterfall.

The Ferrera Beach Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
