Hotel Es Port - Soller

The 3 star Hotel Es Port is a former 17th Century fortified manor house that is situated at the foot of a small mountain around 100 metres from the sea front promenade in the quiet resort of Port de Soller on the rugged west coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 35km north west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a few steps from the centre of the resort where you will find a small selection of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Originally built in 1614 and fully refurbished during 1999, the traditional Hotel Es Port has a total of 156 guest rooms, including 14 single rooms, 136 doubles and a further 6 Junior Suites, which are built over 4 floors and set amidst almost 30,000m2 of landscaped grounds and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are individually furnished, and come equipped with a private "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international dishes and vegetarian menus, laundry and medical services, a games room, public internet terminals with WiFi access available in selected areas, and a comfortable lounge bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes 3 hard surface tennis courts and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Hotel Es Port also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Spa and Wellness Centre which features, an additional indoor heated swimming pool with sauna and Jacuzzi, as well as offering a variety of other treatments for neurological and osteo-muscular problems including underwater jet massage and electrotherapy.
