The 4 star Hotel Isla Mallorca is situated along the central south coast of Majorca in the quiet residential Son Armadams district of the historic City of Palma. The hotel is approximately 3km to the west of the city centre and 10km from the Son Sant Joan International airport. Many of the Palma tourist attractions including the Castillo de Bellver and Pueblo Español, are within walking distance of the hotel, and the small, sandy Cala Mayor beach is approximately 4.5km to the south west.

Built in 1974 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2005, which saw the opening of a new building with 49 additional de-luxe rooms, along with a spacious 800m2 Spa and Wellness Centre, private parking and a new area of gardens and patio, the modern Hotel Isla Mallorca has a total of 159 guest rooms, including 48 twin rooms and a further 111 singles, which are distributed between a 10 storey main building and 4 storey annexe.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either centrally heated or air conditioned according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, ADSL internet connection, satellite television, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room for late departures, a games room, public internet terminals, an air conditioned á la carte restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as laundry and medical services and a lounge bar.

For business guests the Hotel Isla Mallorca also offers the use of 3 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, seating a maximum of 65 people, all of which are equipped with a wide selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include the newly opened 800m2 "Spai" Spa and Wellness centre, where guests can relax and unwind with a variety of cosmetic and beauty treatments including a water jet pool, Finnish sauna, special effect showers, Turkish bath, bucket shower, shower with essential oils and fragrances, 36 degree thermal bath, as well as a resting area with comfortable chairs and wellness teas.
