The 3 star rated Hotel Kilimanjaro is situated around 300 metres from the Playa de Palma beach in the popular resort of S'Arenal on the central south coast of Majorca.
The hotel is approximately 15km east of the capital Palma, 8km east of the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 200 metres from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1975, the Hotel Kilimanjaro has a total of 142 guest rooms, including 123 twin rooms and a further 19 singles, which are built over 9 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area. All guest rooms at the hotel are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.
