Hotel Palace de Muro - Playa de Muro

Part of the Be Live Group of hotels, the 5 star Hotel Palace de Muro has an enviable beach front location, in the popular resort of Playa de Muro on the north coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 60km north of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 2000, the modern low rise Hotel Palace de Muro has a total of 143 guest rooms, including 63 standard twin rooms and a further 80 Junior Suites, which are distributed between 2 three storey buildings, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the magnificent Bay of Alcudia.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, high speed ADSL internet connection, satellite television, mini bar, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

In addition to the above features, Junior Suites at the Hotel Palace de Muro also feature a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, along with dressing gowns and slippers, and a number of rooms have also been specially adapted for disabled guests. All guest rooms at the hotel are also provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a choice of both buffet and a la carte restaurants, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international dishes and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bars, public internet terminals with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Palace de Muro also offers the use of a complete business centre with 5 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, with the capacity to seat a maximum of 500 guests, all of which are fully equipped with a selection of the latest state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. The Hotel Palace de Muro also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
