Hotel Sur - Cala Bona

The 1 star Hotel Sur is situated around 50 metres from the beach in the popular resort of Cala Bona on the east coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 70km north east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a picturesque fishing harbour and selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1973 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1989, the low rise Hotel Sur has a total of 72 guest rooms, including 65 standard twin rooms and a further 7 singles, which are built over 4 floors overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange desk and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, along with a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
