The 3 key Lagoon Center Apartments are situated close to the northern shores of the Lago Major, in the popular resort of Puerto de Alcudia on the north coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 60km north of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, 800 metres from the wide sandy resort beach, and around 1.5km from the harbour and Alcudia resort centre with its wide selection of restaurants, bars and nightlife.

The modern Lagoon Center complex has a total of 64 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroomed self catering apartments, which are built over six floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with two electric cooking rings, refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, toaster and electric kettle, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, a safety deposit box available for rental, pay per view satellite television and either terrace or balcony, most of which have either pool or mountain views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with a games room, a buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Lagoon Center Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
