The 2 key Magalluf Playa Apartments are situated next to the BCM discotheque, in the centre of the lively resort of Magaluf on the south west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 25km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 200 metres from the wide sandy resort beach.

Built in 1978 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1994, the modern Magalluf Playa complex has a total of 99 one and two bedroomed self catering apartments and studio flats, which are distributed between two 9 storey tower blocks overlooking a 400m2 central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open-plan kitchen with fridge and electric kettle, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have pool and garden views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area offering a range of services including money exchange, safety deposit box rental as well as entrance tickets for all of the local attractions and parks in the resort. On arrival at the Magalluf Playa Apartments, all guests will be required to make a 20 Euro breakage deposit which will be fully refunded on departure on the provision that no damage has been made to the installations of the apartments.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols.

Due to the close proximity of the Magalluf Playa Apartments to the BCM discotheque, and also its central location in Magaluf, during the summer months these apartments are most suited towards younger couples and groups of friends looking for a lively holiday, and therefore at this time may not be suitable for families or those travelling with young children.
