The 3 key Niu D'Aus Apartments are situated around 100 metres from the beach in the quiet resort of Porto Petro on the southern east coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 4km south of the resort of Cala d'or where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1975 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2005, the modern low rise Niu D'Aus complex is a small development of 18 self catering apartments which are built over 3 floors around a small central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once each week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with safety deposit boxes available for rental, luggage rooms for late departures, a snack bar, games room and lounge with satellite television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with small children's splash pool, and sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
