Pollensamar Apartments - Puerto Pollensa

Part of the Hotelera Pollensina Group of hotels, the 3 key Pollensamar Apartments are situated around 25 metres from the Pine Walk seafront promenade in the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa on the north west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km north west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 1.2km from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1959 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2013, the modern low rise Pollensamar complex is a small development of 20 one bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 4 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces around a small central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a satellite television with international channels, a safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Pollensamar Apartments are welcome to use the facilities at the nearby Hotel Bahia which includes a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with luggage rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a bar-cafeteria offering a snack menu and breakfast service, as well as an a la carte restaurant on the edge of the beach noted for it's fish specialties.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
