Part of the Pierre et Vacances Group of hotels, the 2 key Portomar Apartments are situated around 300 metres from the Cala Marcal beach in the quiet resort of Porto Colom on the central east coast of Majorca.

The apartments are approximately 65km east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 800 metres from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1988, the modern Portomar complex has a total of 82 one and two bedroom self catering apartments that are built over 5 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the sea and the approach into Porto Colom harbour.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking hob, refrigerator and microwave oven, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a television with both national and international channels, a safety deposit box available for rental and either a terrace or balcony, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, luggage rooms for late departures, an air conditioned dining room and snack bar, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
