Part of the Hotelera Pollensina Group of hotels, the 4 star Aparthotel Villa Concha is situated around 300 metres from the beach, in the quiet Pinaret district of the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa on the north west coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 60km north west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 800 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2016, the modern low rise Aparthotel Villa Concha has a total of 119 guest rooms, including 99 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 20 studio flats, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the Aparthotel Villa Concha are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric hob, microwave oven and refrigerator, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television, and either a balcony or terraces, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, 4 guest rooms at the Aparthotel Villa Concha have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed sheets twice a week.

Of special interest to cyclists, the Aparthotel Villa Concha offers the use of a garage with bicycle rack, where you can keep your bike safe and secure overnight, which also includes and area for washing bikes and basic maintenance tools.

The Aparthotel Villa Concha also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring water polo, games and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
