The 2 key rated Arcos Playa Apartments are situated around 50 metres from the beach, in the quiet resort of S'Illot on the central east coast of Majorca.

The apartments are approximately 65km north east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1990 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2014, the modern low rise Arcos Playa complex is a small development of 66 one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between 2 three storey buildings and set amidst spacious sun terraces overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and a comfortable lounge bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available for guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and sun terraces which are furnished with sun loungers and parasols.

The Arcos Playa Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either dancing to live music, games or folk music several times a week.
