Part of the J S Group of hotels, the 3 key rated Es Corso Apartments are situated around 800 metres from the Cala Marcel beach in the quiet resort of Porto Colom on the central east coast of Majorca.

The apartments are approximately 65km east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 300 metres from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1983 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2007, the modern low rise Es Corso complex has a total of 117 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one or two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 5 floors and set amidst almost 500m2 of sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a terrace or balcony, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, 3 apartments have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals wit high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Es Corso Apartments also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, which is fully equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club, along with a hard surface tennis court and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Es Corso Apartments also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the Spa and Fitness Centre at the nearby Hotel Cape Colom, which features a sauna, Turkish bath and cardiovascular gymnasium with bicycles, running machines and steppers, as well as offering a variety of other massage treatments.

The Es Corso Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aqua aerobics, as well as evening entertainment in the lounge bar with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
