The 3 key rated Flacalco Apartments are situated around 600 metres from the Cala Agulla beach, in the lively resort of Cala Ratjada on the north east coast of Majorca.

The apartments are approximately 65km north east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 200 metres from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1970 and recently refurbished, the modern low rise Flacalco complex has a total of 93 guest rooms including 48 twin rooms and a further 45 one bedroom self catering apartments, all of which are distibuted between two 2 and 4 storey buildings and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views.

In addition to the above features, apartments on the complex also offer guests an open plan kitchenette with electic cooking rings, microwave oven and refrigerator along with a combined lounge / dining room with additional sofa beds and all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
