The apartments are approximately 60km north of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

The modern low rise Grupotel Dunamar Apartment complex is a small development of 51 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 4 floors.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with with electric cooking rings, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine and toaster, along with a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi intenet access, a safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the seafront promenade towards the the magnificent Bay of Alcudia.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals, with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, and both pool and lounge bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Grupotel Dunamar Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
