Habitat Apartments - Puerto Pollensa

The 3 key Habitat Apartments are situated around 850 metres from the beach in a quiet Siller district of the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa on the north west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km north west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 800 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1998, the modern low rise Habitat complex has a total of 110 one and two bedroom self catering apartments that are distributed between several 3 storey blocks of 6 apartments and set amidst 5,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette as well as a combined lounge/dining room with direct dial telephone, sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with a snack bar, luggage rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room and lounge bar with television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's play area and both pool and table tennis tables.
