The 3 key rated Duvabitat Apartments are situated around 850 metres from the beach in a quiet Siller district of the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa on the north west coast of Majorca.

The apartments are approximately 60km north west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 800 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1998, the modern low rise Duvabitat Apartments complex is a small development of 36 two bedroom self catering apartments that are built over 3 floors overlooking a central pool and garden area.

All guest rooms on the complex are centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette as well as a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above fatures, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.
