Hotel Club Europa - Paguera

Part of the Fergus Group of hotels, the 4 star rated Hotel Club Europa is situated around 900 metres from the Playa Palmira beach, in a quiet area of the popular resort of Paguera on the south west coast of Majorca.

The hotel is approximately 35km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 500 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1989 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2016, the modern low rise Hotel Club Europa has a total of 423 guest rooms, offering a choice of both twin rooms and suites, all of which are distributed between 43 two storey buildings and set amidst almost 30,000m2 of landscaped Mediterranean gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, along with a direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, Suites at the Hotel Club Europa also have a separate lounge area with microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilites and additional sofa beds and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a choice of both à la carte and buffet style restaurants offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bar, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a choice of 3 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools with separate children's splash pools, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, along with a hard surface tennis court, 2 squash courts a multi-sports activity area for football and volleyball etc, a gymnasium and fitness centre with cardio fitness training equipment and free weights, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Club Europa also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
