The 4 star rated Hotel Mariant Park is situated around 150 metres from the beach, in the quiet resort of S'Illot on the central east coast of Majorca.

The hotel is approximately 65km north east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1991 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2015, the modern low rise Hotel Mariant Park has a total of 321 guest rooms, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst almost 20,000m2 of landscaped Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Mariant Park also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, which is equipped with a selection of modern audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club, along with a multi sports activity area for football and volleyball etc, and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Hotel Mariant Park also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Spa and Thalasso Centre, which features a smaller indoor heated swimming pool with sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish baths and cardiovascular gymnasium, as well as offering a variety of other cosmetic and beauty treatments.

The Hotel Mariant Park also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
