The 2 star Hotel Martha's is situated around 350 metres from the beach,
in the quiet residential Son Caliu district of the otherwise lively resort of
Palma Nova on the south west coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately
20km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport,
and around 2km from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection
of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife.
Built in 1989 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2008, the modern low rise Hotel Martha's has a total of 42 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over three floors overlooking a small central pool and garden area. All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with two electric cooking rings, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with two additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, flat screen plasma television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and a comfortable lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children’s splash pool, and sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
