The 2 star Aparthotel Martinez is situated around 300 metres from the beach, in the Son Caliu district of the lively resort of Palma Nova on the south west coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 25km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 500 metres from the Palma Nova resort centre, where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife.

Completely refurbished during the winter of 2009, the modern low rise Aparthotel Martinez is a small development of 13 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors overlooking a small central pool area.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and cutlery for 4 people, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and a luggage room for late departures, along with laundry and medical services, a games room, public internet terminals, a snack bar, offering a full English breakfast made with British products, and comfortable lounge bar with satellite television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with Jacuzzi for adults, and sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Due to its central location in Palma Nova, from mid June to mid September each year the Aparthotel Martinez attracts large numbers of young singles and groups of friends looking for a lively holiday, and therefore at this time may not be suitable for families, or those travelling with small children.
