The 3 star Hotel Nordeste Playa is situated around 100 metres from the beach in the popular resort of C'an Picafort on the north coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 60km north of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1975 extensively refurbished during the winter of 2010, the modern Hotel Nordeste Playa has a total of 233 guest rooms, including 223 standard twin rooms and a further 10 singles, which are built over 8 floors overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a satellite television with international channels, high speed WiFi internet access, a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals and both pool and lounge bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Guests staying at the Hotel Nordeste Playa also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Health and Fitness Centre, which features a further indoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sauna and cardiovascular gymnasium

The Hotel Nordeste Playa also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
