The 3 star Aparthotel Novo Park is situated around 350 metres from the Playa Palmira beach, in a quiet area of the popular resort of Paguera on the south west coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 35km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 250 metres from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1988 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2001, the low rise Aparthotel Novo Park has a total of 164 guest rooms, including 14 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 150 studio flats, which are distributed between 3 four storey buildings and set amidst 9,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette and a combined lounge/dining room with satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided 3 times a week, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bar, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a smaller indoor heated swimming pool, open during the cooler winter months, along with a children's playground, a hard surface tennis court and both pool and table tennis tables.
