Part of the Hoteles Globales Group of hotels, the 4 star Hotel Palma Nova is situated around 200 metres from the beach, in a quiet area of the otherwise lively resort of Palma Nova on the south west coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 20km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 600 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2015, the modern Hotel Palma Nova has a total of 210 guest rooms, including 190 standard twin rooms and a further 20 singles, which are built over 8 floors and set amidst almost 4,600m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all guest rooms at the hotel are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, a games room, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children’s section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Palma Nova also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
