Part of the Universal Group of hotels, the 3 star rated Hotel Perla de S'Illot has an enviable beach front location, in the quiet resort of S'Illot on the central east coast of Majorca.

The hotel is approximately 65km north east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1969, the modern Hotel Perla de S'Illot has a total of 178 guest rooms including 170 twin rooms and a further 8 singles, which are built over 6 floors.

All guest rooms at the hotel are centrally heated during the cooler winter months, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have sea views.

In addition to the above features, a number of guest rooms have also recently been upgraded to include the installation of air conditioning, along with a small refrigerator, and all rooms at the hotel are also provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and a comfortable lounge bar with satellite television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large indoor freshwater swimming pool, which is heated during the cooler winter months, along with a roof top sun terrace offering panoramic sea views, which is furnished with loungers and parasols.

Of special interest to cyclists, the Hotel Perla de S'Illot also has a specialist "Cyclist Corner", where guests will find all types of information relevant to cycling around the island, including maps, cartographic details of routes, routes of interest, weather forecasts, books and magazines specialising in environmental issues and other related themes, along with a specially adapted area for storing, maintaining and repairing bicycles, which is equipped with a selection of basic cleaning and repair tools.

The Hotel Perla de S'Illot also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment, with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
