Las Velas Apartments - Puerto Pollensa

Part of the Grupo Cabot Group of hotels, the 3 key Las Velas Apartments are situated around 600 metres from the beach in the quiet residential Gonmar district of the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa on the north west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km north west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 1km from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern low rise Las Velas complex is a small development of 28 one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking a small central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception desk with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
