Venecia Apartments - Alcudia

The 2 key Venecia Apartments are situated around 50 metres from the beach, in the popular resort of Puerto de Alcudia on the north coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km north of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 2km from the harbour and commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Venecia resort complex is a small development of 16 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between a 2 storey main building and two smaller annexe blocks, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens around a central pool area overlooking a canal leading to the Lago Menor.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television and either terrace or balcony, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room and laundry services.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's splash pool, a children's playground and sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
